Hamza loses extradition plea

ABU Hamza, the radical Muslim cleric who was jailed for stirring up religious hatred, was yesterday refused permission to appeal to the House of Lords over his extradition to the United States on terrorism charges.
Lord Justice Judge refused to certify that his case raised a point of law of public importance.
