A FORMER student jailed for terrorism offences won an early victory yesterday in an appeal against his conviction.
Mohammed Atif Siddique, 22, of Clackmannanshire, lodged several grounds of appeal, but leave was given for just one to be taken forward to a hearing at the Court of Criminal Appeal.
