Diesel rises fuel fears for fleet

AN EMERGENCY summit of west-coast fishermen is being called amid fears that 25 per cent of the fleet could go out of business due to rising fuel prices.
The cost of diesel has increased by another 5.5p a litre in the past week, with prices reaching 70.5p a litre in Stornoway and 65p per litre in Kyle.
