Livingstone to advise Venezuela

KEN Livingstone, the former London mayor, yesterday agreed to help Venezuela to improve urban planning.
While mayor, Mr Livingstone exchanged advice to mayoral candidates in Caracas for cheap Venezuelan fuel.

I suppose since his regime in London was all about dispersing largesse to all the PC special interest groups that supported him it is unsurprising that he now benefits in exactly the same way from Chavez's oil money.
