Nuclear move by Koreans

NORTH Korea is expected to resume the disabling of equipment at its Yongbyon nuclear complex and allow inspections by inspectors from the United States and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
According to Kim Sook, South Korea's chief envoy to the international nuclear talks with North Korea, this will put negotiations over the state's nuclear disarmament back on track.
The U-turn follows moves by America to remove North Korea from its list of nations that sponsor terrorism.
