US challenged for blocking Nobel peace prize-winner's memoir

SHIRIN Ebadi, the Iranian Nobel Peace Prize-winner, is suing the United States government for blocking the publication of her memoirs.
Ms Ebadi argues that treasury department rules restricting publication in the US of works by authors in countries subject to trade sanctions is unconstitutional.
