AIRDRIE United manager Kenny Black has admitted he was "flattered" to be linked with the managers position at Dens Park and that if things had progressed to the discussion stage he would have been set for a few sleepless nights.
"If it had ever got to the stage where I had to make a decision I do not think I would have slept easily, however, Jocky is there now and I wish him all the very best, after our game of course," said Black. "I worked with him for six months when we were both at Raith Rovers and I learned a lot."

St Johnstone manager Derek McInnes has revenge on his mind for today's trip to Dunfermline. The Perth club were beaten 3-0 by the Fife side at McDiarmid Park in August.

McInnes said yesterday: "We have to aim to put right the defeat."

Ross County take on Clyde at Dingwall and Victoria Park manager Derek Adams has urged his team to maintain their focus after letting a two-goal lead slip in the last meeting between the two sides.

"I challenged the players to show me they had the mental toughness to hold on to leads and we have been doing that since," said Adams.
