Fergus Pringle will quit role as Boroughmuir coach
The Meggetland club’s defeat to Heriot’s last weekend in the dying minutes of the match leaves them edging closer to relegation from the RBS Premiership.

“I would like to thank the coaching and management team for all the effort they have put in. It has been a tough season – incredibly competitive – and we have been on the wrong side of some close results.”
Boroughmuir chairman Bill Watson added: “We wish to thank Fergus for his services to the club, firstly as player and then as head coach. We wish him and his family all the best for the future.”
