Gers’ Kenny Miller guest Time Keeper for WWE
RANGERS striker Kenny Miller spent the evening away from football last night to appear at the WWE event at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow.
Standing out amongst all the wrestling stars of Wrestlemania, the Ibrox star was handed a guest role for the evening as a Time Keeper in the ring.

Stefan Johansen gets Ronny Deila’s backing
Stand-in keeper Stefan Johansen has left an impression on Celtic boss Ronny Deila after an impressive performance against Partick Thistle this week, hailing him as one of the best in the business.

“It’s up to others to pick. I just see that a lot of our guys have been performing well. I don’t want to think about it like Stefan being one of our biggest assets in terms of money.
“I want to think that we have a good player. We want to build the team around players like him – Nir, Virgil, James Forrest.” (Daily Record)
Shane Ferguson to join Rangers next week
Rangers’ campaign to return to the top flight was bolstered by manager Stuart McCall who has revealed he expects Shane Ferguson to join the club next week from Newcastle. McCall refused to rule out enlisting Ferguson to help with league promotion.
Ferguson was one of five Newcastle players being farmed out to Ibrox, although only two - Haris Vuckic and briefly Remi Streete - have made appearances at Ibrox.
Haris Vuckic said yesterday that he wants to be signed permanently to Rangers.
It has also emerged the players are being paid £5,000-a-week with a £500,000 bonus in the works if Rangers secure promotion to the SPFL. (The Herald)

Dale Carrick pushing for match fitness
Hearts head coach Robbie Neilson has revealed that striker Dale Carrick is hoping to make a return from injury before the season ends.
The 21-year-old has been pushing to get match fit - doing running and light ball work - having missed large parts of the season with hamstring problems.
Neilson said: “If we can get him involved in a game before the season ends then it would be great, but as I said we won’t rush him too quickly.
“It’s important that, when he comes back, he’s fully fit and recovered from his injury.” (Edinburgh Evening News)
