There are occasions when an innocuous word in one language becomes hilarious when translated into another especially when it comes to football.
FART, a professional women's soccer team in Norway, take their name from the Norwegian word for speed.

This Malawian side were once known as Total Big Bullets following a sponsorship deal with oil firm Total Malawi.
Big Bullets are a major player in Malawian football but have fallen on hard times financially in recent seasons.
FC HONKA
This Finnish outfit currently play in the country's top division where last season they recorded a respectable fourth place finish.
They were originally formed in 1953 as Tapion Honka but changed to the funnier FC Honka in 1975.
FC SANTA CLAUS
Formed in 1993 following a merger between Rovaniemen Reipas and Rovaniemen Lappi, FC Santa Claus ply their trade in the second tier of Finnish football.

This Second Division Peruvian side are based in the city of Huancayo in the Peruvian Andes. They were founded in 1996 and are named after the Wankas people who formerly inhabited the area.
Sales of Wanka tops rocketed in 2006 when they became a must have fashion outfit for some football fans in England.
F.C. KOOTEEPEE
FC KooTeePee is a Finnish football club, based in the town of Kotka. They currently play in the Finnish First Division. They play their home matches at the Arto Tolsa Areena.
They became an independent club of their own in 2000.
KING FAISAL BABES
After a quick Google search we have no idea who King Faisal is or if he does in fact kick about with some babes.
What we do know is that this side Ghanaian side play in the country's top league and are based in Kumasi.
KAMPALA CITY COUNCIL
There are uninspiring team names and then there are one named after municipal authorities.
Based in Uganda, Kampala were founded in 1967 and play in the country's top flight league.
YOUNG BOYS OF BERNE
