• LOCHEND coach Terry McCormack has appealed to local amateur or pro boxers who are available to help British Masters welterweight champion Gary McMillan ahead of his fight with former British champion Kevin McIntyre on August 27.
McMillan needs a southpaw sparring partner and McCormack said: "We welcome any southpaws between light and welterweight to come and spar with Gary now. The gym is open six days except Satiurdays from 1pm-9pm. All they have to do is turn up and it will help keep them sharp over the summer."
