7 injured in Glasgow flat fire

SEVEN people including three children have been taken to hospital after a fire in a three-storey building in the Castlemilk area of the city.

Firefighters were called to a block of flats in Ardencraig Drive at about 10:20pm last night.

Six people were rescued from the building while another woman escaped through a window. All suffered from smoke inhalation.
